Remove pip install requirement, make repo clone-and-run
Users can now clone and run ./video-forensics.py directly with no installation step. Removed all packaging metadata from pyproject.toml (build-system, project, scripts, optional-dependencies, hatch config), keeping only tool config for ruff/mypy/pytest. Added pythonpath=["src"] to pytest config so tests resolve the package without install. Updated CI to install dev tools directly and dropped the build task.
